Shipping & payment
For orders of €39 or more, we deliver free of charge to over 20 EU countries. We dispatch your order on the same or the next working day after receiving it.

We ship with DPD, and with DHL to the United Kingdom. The delivery time starts on the day after the order. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, it ends on the next working day.
Large packs (e.g. 28 kg and 55 kg) and larger orders may be delivered in several parcels.
Unfortunately, delivery to parcel lockers (Packstation) is not possible. We currently cannot ship to Cyprus and Malta.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom
UK VAT is calculated at checkout. Orders with a value of goods over GBP 135 are delivered as import shipments. Any import duties and carrier fees are collected from the recipient on delivery.

When paying by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, the amount is charged when the order is completed. When paying with Klarna, the Klarna terms shown at checkout apply.
